What you would do
Assemble Take and Make Kits, including cutting, gluing and hole punching
Sort supplies such as LEGOs, craft materials and books
Shelve books, file, dust and face books on the shelves
Help at community events such as Maker Day, Free Comic Book Day and Book Fest
Teen Book Reviewer: write a review for 1 service hour, up to 3 a month
Collingswood Public Library runs an ongoing teen volunteer program. The work is a mix of behind the scenes prep and public event help. Teens in grades 9 to 12 can also write book reviews from home for hours.
