About this role
ReStore volunteers assist customers, clean and stock merchandise, help management staff and work the loading dock. The ReStore sells new and gently used furniture, household goods, appliances and building materials, and all proceeds go to Habitat Bergen to help provide affordable homes to Bergen County families. Shifts carry a four-hour minimum per day. Habitat asks volunteers to contribute at least 25 hours total before committing to volunteer training. This is the non-construction path for anyone who cannot work a build site, since Habitat Bergen build sites are restricted to volunteers 18 and older.
